Service Area

ColChiTex LLC is proudly based in Haslet / Fort Worth, Texas and currently ships throughout the United States.

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations. Please contact us prior to placing an international order for availability and shipping options.

Processing & Production Times

Because many ColChiTex LLC products are custom-made, production times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

Estimated Production Times

  • LaserLok™ products & shop accessories: 1–3 business days
  • Laser engraving & personalized gifts: 2–5 business days
  • Acrylic wedding invitations & signage: 5–10 business days
  • Custom apparel / hats / DTF / sublimation: 3–7 business days
  • Large, bulk, or wholesale orders: timelines vary and will be communicated directly

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

If you require an expedited timeline, please contact us prior to ordering. Rush production services may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Order Processing

In-stock, non-custom orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or large production orders may require additional processing time depending on:

  • Design complexity
  • Material availability
  • Order quantity
  • Proofing and approval requirements

Estimated timelines for custom projects will be communicated during the ordering or approval process.

Shipping Carriers

ColChiTex LLC primarily ships orders using:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, shipping destination, delivery speed, and product requirements.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping, if available: 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for carrier tracking systems to update after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.

Free shipping promotions may apply to select products, order values, or promotional events.

Shipping Delays

While ColChiTex LLC works hard to meet estimated shipping timelines, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions or delays
  • Supply shortages
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Events outside of our reasonable control

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and discuss available options if applicable.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

ColChiTex LLC may assist customers with filing carrier claims when appropriate, but carrier determinations are outside of our control.

Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when available for high-value orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

ColChiTex LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment stages.
